Everyone is welcome here

Everyone is welcome here

Am Enough Society advocates for equal treatment and opportunities for everyone, regardless of your race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any characteristics; in order to promote fairness and recognition of everyone’s inherent worth. We are here to help you find the right evidence-based services, treatments, and supports that have the capacity to effectively address the unique needs of migrants and refugees in Canada. Studies have shown that the mental health of both migrants and refugees tends to worsen with time in Canada. The rates of mental health problems and illnesses vary considerably between and within these groups. Evidence has shown that “A one-size-fits-all approach to service models is not effective”. Our aim is to narrow the health inequalities and make it easy to access culturally appropriate services and support.
