To maintain the highest standards of public accountability and transparency, FFBC has established an
Acknowledgement and Recognition Policy required for all funded Organizations.
FFBC considers it important to acknowledge the support from FFBC as it further assists other
Blackled, Black-serving, and Black focused organizations to know about FFBC’s funding opportunities.
Building awareness on FFBC’s programming, in turn, supports Black communities’ efforts in accessing
funding, supports, and resources available to them.
By using branded handouts, flyers, posters, newsletters, and news releases, you expand the visibility
of your work. Through sharing stories, using our logo, and tagging FFBC on your social media, your
work is amplified while also increasing awareness on how FFBC is supporting organizations like yours
to make a difference in the community. Once tagging FFBC, we can also ensure we amplify your work
on our platforms.
FFBC requests all funded organizations acknowledge and recognize funding in various ways, namely
through logo use, written acknowledgement in press/media release, social media, and/or in
participating in a public announcement.
